Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Ambrosia Couture produces in limited quantities with intentional craftsmanship. For this reason, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
We offer exchanges or store credit only.
EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT CONDITIONS
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted outside of this window will not be accepted.
Returned garments must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In pristine condition
- With all original hangtags and security ribbons attached
Any garment returned with signs of wear, missing tags, removed ribbons, odor, cosmetic markings, or alterations will be declined and returned at the customer’s expense.
Ambrosia Couture reserves full discretion in determining return eligibility.
RETURN PROCESS
To request an exchange or store credit, email: customerservice@ambrosiacouture.com
Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) requested
If approved, a return label will be issued.
A $10 return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your store credit or applied to your exchange.
All items must be returned in secure, waterproof packaging using the issued label.
Once received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Outbound shipping rates apply to exchange shipments.
STORE CREDIT TERMS
Store credit is issued digitally via email and:
- Does not expire
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders that have not yet shipped may be modified or cancelled for the purpose of:
- Adding additional product
- Adjusting size selection
No monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Once an order has shipped, it must be received and processed under the Exchange & Store Credit Policy.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS
All garments are inspected prior to shipment. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible defect claims apply only to:
- Nonfunctional zippers
- Nonfunctional buttons
- Open or compromised seams
Items must remain unworn and in original condition.
Approved claims will receive a replacement with covered shipping.
FINAL AUTHORITY
Ambrosia Couture reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above standards.
