ORDERS
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order's status and estimated delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are not processed over weekends or holidays.
When will my order arrive?
Every Ambrosia Couture garment is carefully prepared before it begins its journey.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, Standard Shipping generally arrives within 3–5 business days, while Express Shipping typically arrives within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

CAN I MODIFY my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, it may be modified or cancelled for size adjustments or product additions only. No monetary refunds will be issued.
If your order has already shipped, it must be received and processed in accordance with our Exchange & Store Credit Policy.
To request an order modification, please email customerservice@ambrosiacouture.com and include your order number.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
What is the return policy?
Every Ambrosia Couture garment is created in limited quantities with exceptional care. All sales are final but exchangeable.
All pieces qualify for an exchange or store credit in accordance with the policy
Items qualify for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unworn, unaltered, and are returned in their original condition with all hangtags and security ribbons attached.

DO YOU SHIP internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of the US. Check back with us for updates on international shipping.

Most Ambrosia Couture garments are produced in limited quantities. Once a style is sold out, it may not return.
