Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order's status and estimated delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are not processed over weekends or holidays.
Once your order is processed, which usually takes 1-2 days, it'll typically take 3-5 business days to arrive if you are using standard delivery. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If your order has not yet shipped, it may be modified or cancelled for size adjustments or product additions only. No monetary refunds will be issued.
If your order has already shipped, it must be received and processed in accordance with our Exchange & Store Credit Policy.

If eligible, orders may qualify for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition with all tags and security ribbons attached.
