ORDERS
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order's status and estimated delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are not processed over weekends or holidays.
When will my order arrive?
Every Ambrosia Couture garment is carefully prepared before it begins its journey.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, Standard Shipping generally arrives within 3–5 business days, while Express Shipping typically arrives within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

CAN I MODIFY my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, it may be modified or cancelled for size adjustments or product additions only. No monetary refunds will be issued.
If your order has already shipped, it must be received and processed in accordance with our Exchange & Store Credit Policy.

What is the return policy?
Every Ambrosia garment is produced in intentionally limited quantities and handled with care from the moment it is made until it reaches you.
We hope you love your purchase. While all sales are final, eligible pieces may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

DO YOU SHIP internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of the US. Check back with us for updates on international shipping.

WILL SOLD OUT GARMENTS BE RESTOCKED?
Most Ambrosia Couture garments are produced in limited quantities. Once a style is sold out, it may not return. Select pieces may be reintroduced at the discretion of Ambrosia Couture.
