SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS & LIMITED QUANTITIES
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
We reserve the right to limit sales, restrict quantities, or refuse orders at our discretion.
We do not guarantee that product colors will display accurately on your device.
SECTION 6 — BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Processing times vary. Estimated delivery timelines are not guarantees.
Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
All shipments include carrier-provided insurance up to $100. Claims beyond this amount must be pursued directly with the carrier.
SECTION 8 — RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Ambrosia Couture does not offer refunds.
We offer exchanges or store credit only, subject to approval.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Unaltered
In original condition
With all tags and security ribbons attached
A $10 return shipping fee applies to approved returns and will be deducted from store credit or applied to exchanges.
Swimwear, leotards, and marked sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements will be declined.

SECTION 9 — ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Orders that have not yet shipped may be modified only for:
Size adjustments
Product additions
No monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations under any circumstance.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the Exchange & Store Credit Policy.
SECTION 10 — DAMAGE & DEFECT CLAIMS
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Defect claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible defects include:
Nonfunctional zippers
Nonfunctional buttons
Open or compromised seams
Items must remain unworn and in original condition.
Approved claims will receive a replacement. No refunds will be issued.
SECTION 11 — INFLUENCER EXCHANGES
Approved influencer partnerships are eligible for one size exchange, subject to availability.
Exchanges apply to size only and do not qualify for refunds or store credit.
SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We are not responsible for third-party platforms, payment processors, or external links.
SECTION 13 — USER SUBMISSIONS
You grant Ambrosia Couture unrestricted rights to use comments, ideas, or submissions provided to us.
SECTION 14 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties unless expressly stated.
SECTION 15 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ambrosia Couture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or purchase of products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.
